Its a gel cream type texture. My hands sweat all the time so for me its Slightly sticky but will as the texture dries up it wont feel sticky anymore. Staying in Malaysia i must say the weather is hot most of times. When i put in on my neck i can feel a cool sensation. Love to buy the smaller bottle since its very easy to carry it around

The cooling effect is best for the weather in Malaysia. Not sticky & feeling fresh after using it.
And the whitening effect is 100%!
I jogged every weekend outdoors in the morning, and I have a few obvious tan lines on my body, after using this lotion, my tan line started fading and is almost gone! Really recommend this lotion even for gents too!
