The taste is actually nice and easy to drink. I only tried one bottle so far, but my weight didn’t go down. Maybe it needs consistent use to see results. My appetite was the same; didn’t really feel any difference. Overall okay for taste, but effectiveness not noticeable yet.

Been using this for the past 5 years. Its a great product and works well on me. It doesn't give me weird after effect like heart palpitations and all that and it does help me to suppressed my hunger and bring my metabolism up.
