I've had a huge issue finding for the right eyeliner as I prefer water based but a long lasting one. Maybelline Tattoo Liner ended my worries as though it's water based, it lasts quite long and is only removable with soap and water. Love how it doesn't irritate my eyes and is very pigmented. The pointy brush makes application easier.
