We bought this when baby was around 4 months. Baby was very comfortable inside this carrier and we can tell by it as he sleeps soundly while he was carried. There are extra accessories that come with this carrier too eg extra cloth around the carrier that can be detached to wash as babies love to bite his surrounding stuff
