it's a good medicine for your kids or even adult can use it. But it's not suitable for infant below 2 years old. So far, i've been using this for both of my kid and their flu or cough getting better. Rub on their chest front back before they went to sleep. Recommended for parents out there. You will never regret it. It's an awesome product. I give 10 out 10.
