I really like this vicks when i get flue, stiff nose and cold . Really works cure my flue, clogged nose and easy my cough. Just take a bit amount and rub on my chest, rub on my nose, and i feel much better and have better sleep... Really recommended, easy to bring when travel, and affordable price
