I've known Vicks since I was a kid. I've been using vicks vaporub whenever i have colds. I always remember my grandma rubbing this to me when I am feverish. It is really effective but take note not to apply it directly on your nose or anywhere near your nose and eyes as this is very strong. You can also use it if you have mild insect bites.
