Super effective toh everytime na nahihirapan huminga dahil sa sipon ito ang paunang lunas ko para makaayos ng paghinga. I used it before going to bed. Yun pinakamaliit na size medyo mahirap lang buksan pero overall super love ko ang vicks pati ng anak ko.
