I used this when I had a bad blocked nose on one side. It worked very well and I love the menthol cooling sensation to ease the stuffiness.

used this for blocked nose, and it is very effective and provides a good sleep. the fragrance of menthol is very strong and refreshing and if applied close to the eye area, may result in some urning sensation, so it is recommended to apply before sleeping. i have not used it for cough treatment yet.

I've been using this for years. Other than the typical use for cough or rubbing Ur chest with vicks I recommend people with dry or thick skin to use this product on their feet every night before going to sleep and wear socks if u don't want the smell to be on your bedsheets! I do also rub on my hands before I put moisturiser before going to sleep I love the smell cos it helps me sleep too! I always buy the biggest bottle of Vicks! Tested and proven by me.
