This Vicks Vaporub is very handy and easy to use. Especially when you have block nose, sore throat, etc. A dap of the vicks will help to clear your congestion and almost instant relief.

used this for blocked nose, and it is very effective and provides a good sleep. the fragrance of menthol is very strong and refreshing and if applied close to the eye area, may result in some urning sensation, so it is recommended to apply before sleeping. i have not used it for cough treatment yet.
