Vicks VapoRub ek trusted aur purana brand hai jo sardi, khansi aur band naak me kaafi rahat deta hai. Isme menthol aur eucalyptus oil hota hai jo chest par lagate hi thandak ka ehsaas deta hai aur saans lene me aasani hoti hai. Raat ko sone se pehle lagane par khansi kam hoti hai aur neend bhi better aati hai. Har ghar me zaroor hona chahiye, especially thandi ke mausam me.

It's an excellent balm for relieving cold and cough symptoms.You just have to apply some of it on your nose or throator chest and your cold is relieved.However its not effective in extreme or severe cold with running nose and constant sneezing.

Whenever I get cold, vicks vaporub is always at my rescue. All I do is apply it on my forehead, neck, chest and in between my toes and wear socks. And after some rest, ii am all good to go!
