[FULL TIME] Campaign Manager

Try and Review is looking for an exceptional Campaign Manager with excellent project coordination and management skills. We need a proactive person to manage our client’s campaign execution and ensure our campaign coordinator team is well supported. Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact of our clients from leading FMCG, beauty and luxury brands (L'Oreal, Beiersdorf, Suntory, Unilever, P&G, Kimberly Clark...) during our Try & Review campaigns running
  • Be responsible for the Try and Review campaign set-up and execution to satisfy our clients expectations ie. meet agreed deadlines, target KPIs and agreed budget
  • Manage online ads campaigns and be the 1st point of contact with our external online ads agency. Be responsible for the monitoring of the advertising costs and their alignment with our targets and benchmarks
  • Be responsible for internal reporting of campaign roadblocks or difficulties in achieving agreed KPIS. Be proactive by notifying the management with recommendations
  • Produce post-campaign report to be sent to client
  • Manage 1 or 2 campaign coordinators responsible for the execution of the campaigns

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing
  • Min 3-year experience in project management ideally in a digital marketing field
  • Experience in ecommerce, media, digital agency and preferably in the FMCG space would be a plus

[FULL TIME] Key Account Manager

We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationship of the company with its most important clients. The ideal candidate will be be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  • Work hand-in-hand with the co-founders to support them in sustaining and reinforcing existing relationships with current or past clients
  • Prepare clients’ meetings and send meetings follow-ups
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements to be able to propose pertinent solutions that meet clients’ needs
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Prepare quotations for inbound request from existing clients
  • Identify upsell opportunities and play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Be responsible for the maintenance of our rate cards, presentation decks and the preparation of specific case studies upon request
  • Prepare regular reports of sales progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders
  • Serve as the link of communication between key clients and internal teams if needed and assist the campaign team (when necessary) to ensure the correct products and services are being delivered to clients
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Competition monitoring, analysis and reporting 

Profile & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as key account manager - minimum 3 years
  • Previous experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Flexible, collaborative and team-oriented
  • Comfortable taking initiative and working independently
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritise workload and effectively manage time while meeting clients deadlines.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ready to work in a small team and ability to work in a start-up environment of continuous change and rapid growth
  • Ability to analyse and interpret difficult situations and quickly make recommendations for resolution
  • Ecommerce or digital media experience would be a big advantage
  • Knowledge of Hubspot and MEDDIC sales methodology would be a big plus
  • Fluency in spoken and written Bahasa, Thai or Vietnamese would be a huge plus

Try and Review is looking for a passionate, proactive, and resourceful Business Development Manager who will be in charge of pitching Try and Review innovative digital marketing solutions to potential clients in Singapore and in the SEA region. He or she will be working side by side with the 2 Co-Founders to support the start-up rapid growth. This is the perfect opportunity for a young candidate who is result-driven, able to work independently and willing to grow within a promising start-up in the digital industry. 

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on identifying new potential clients using extensive research online
  • Secure meetings with possible clients by performing cold calls and emails
  • Master Try and Review sales pitch and sales presentations
  • Build long-term & trustful relationships with new clients
  • Drive revenue and profitability and be accountable for the monthly sales targets 
  • Understand the needs of each client to design customized product testing campaigns matching their needs
  • Work closely with the operations team on project implementation and execution
  • Conduct top quality business reviews with clients to secure new campaigns and retainers contracts .

Profile & Requirements:

  • Business/Marketing Degree holder with minimum 5 to 6 years experience in sales in the digital media/advertising industry 
  • Existing network and relationships with FMCG brands & advertising agencies in the APAC region
  • A good knowledge and understanding of online/digital business
  • Highly sales driven and results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets with a solid track record of consistently delivering or exceeding sales targets
  • Able to conceptualise and market customized concepts, creative ideas and solutions
  • High level of self-motivation, energy and accountability; ability to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced working environment
