[FULL TIME] Digital Campaign Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact of our clients from leading FMCG, beauty and luxury brands (L'Oreal, Beiersdorf, Suntory, Unilever, P&G, Kimberly Clark...) during our Try & Review campaigns running
  • Be responsible for the Try and Review campaign set-up and execution to satisfy our clients expectations ie. meet agreed deadlines, target KPIs and agreed budget
  • Manage online ads campaigns and be the 1st point of contact with our external online ads agency. Be responsible for the monitoring of the advertising costs and their alignment with our targets and benchmarks
  • Be responsible for internal reporting of campaign roadblocks or difficulties in achieving agreed KPIS. Be proactive by notifying the management with recommendations
  • Produce post-campaign report to be sent to client
  • Manage 1 or 2 campaign coordinators responsible for the execution of the campaigns

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing
  • Min 3-year experience in project management ideally in a digital marketing field
  • Experience in ecommerce, media, digital agency and preferably in the FMCG space would be a plus


Skills: 

  • Excellent written and communication English skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; mature and engaging personality with the ability to build relationships with customers with diplomacy and patience
  • Highly result-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Lead Client Success Team

  • Staff planning, allocation and utilization management
  • Mentor, coach and help train Campaign Managers/Coordinators to help them grow in their current role as well as assist in career-pathing inside our organization
  • Evangelise Try and Review’s vision and positioning on the market


Foster Relationships with Clients

  • Communicate consistently with clients throughout the campaign life cycle, escalating important issues where needed and provide status updates for all outstanding issues
  • Manage client expectation: keeping clients satisfied and expectations realistic
  • Be a trusted advisor to enable clients to apply UGC asset and tools to achieve their business objectives
  • Serving as a key resource to clients who need additional counsel on the effectiveness of their UGC campaigns


Drive Client Success Operations

  • Participate in the development and continuous improvement of processes, tools and systems that improve delivery of service to clients and optimize workflows
  • Contribute to the improvement of product design based on client/market feedback
  • Consult with other teams (marketing/sales) to make sure mutual objectives are met in support of client satisfaction
  • Be the voice of the clients back to the Founding Team and Sales Team to make sure Try & Review services are always in line with the client/market expectations and needs

Skills

  • Proven track record of providing top-notch service to customers/clients/accounts including meeting or exceeding KPIs and objectives
  • Minimum five years’ experience managing projects and teams.
  • Subject matter expertise in general marketing, digital marketing, CRM, social technologies, eCommerce and/or Web 2.0 technologies.
  • Strong analytic background for both internal business analytics and consultation to clients.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with outstanding command of English for collaboration across interdependent functions/teams and consultation to clients.
  • Senior presence, for both internal and client executive interactions with highest degree of initiative, courtesy and professionalism
  • Ability to provide critical feedback on new operational protocols and to make suggestions for improvement.
