    • Be the point of contact and expert for all things related to our cross-channel CRM software.

Skills:

  • Degree in Marketing, Technology, Computer Science or Business
  • High fluency in spoken and written English
  • A good knowledge and understanding of online/digital business
  • Possess excellent analytical skills, ability to leverage data analytics to drive actionable insights and recommendations

Roles & Responsibilities

As a HR & Office Manager you will:

HR responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR management including hiring, payroll, leave management,and performance appraisal
  • Manage HR administrative needs including employee documents, work pass applications (S Pass, E Pass, etc.), and claims expenses
  • Prepare employment contracts and employee concern letters
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new staff
  • Handle commissions and payment for Sales Team 
  • Assist in the review and implementation of annual compensation exercises such as performance appraisal, performance bonus, promotion and salary increment
  • Handle workplace disciplinary and termination procedures where required
  • Knowledge in government grants and incentives/scheme
  • Knowledge in HR MOM rules and regulations
  • Streamline of HR policies for continuous improvements
  • Build a positive culture in T&R team 
  • Organizing company events and staff activities

Office management responsibilities:

  • Facility, Lease and Landlord Management, including feedback on general property management and coordination among the different parties
  • Purchasing Office Supplies/Inventory/Requests
  • Provide secretarial support (calendar and travel arrangements) to the Directors
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments as tasked
  • Take charge of all facility management matters such as identifying new office space, fixed asset inventories, office renovation, door access, phone system, printers, installation and relocation etc
  • General management of Singapore office space including stocking up pantry and contacting lighting or plumbing contractors where needed

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Studies/Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in HR and Office Administration Support
  • Experience working in start-up companies
  • Possess high level of professionalism and able to maintain confidentiality in dealing with sensitive matters
  • Energetic and positive attitude candidate will be preferred
  • Systematic and well-organised
