About the role

Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
Own and manage a portfolio of 150–300+ accounts across FMCG brands, agencies, and regional teams with an emphasis on high-value strategic engagement across a subset of top-tier Key Accounts.
Build strong, consultative relationships with clients, understanding their brand priorities, product launches, marketing timelines, and KPIs.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across product testing, UGC, e-commerce reviews, social advocacy packages, and mass sampling solutions.

What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Client Servicing, ideally within FMCG, digital marketing, research, or related sectors.
