Job Description:

About the role

Try & Review is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support and execute its digital marketing and CRM strategy. Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Growth

  • Own and manage a portfolio of 150–300+ accounts across FMCG brands, agencies, and regional teams with an emphasis on high-value strategic engagement across a subset of top-tier Key Accounts.

  • Build strong, consultative relationships with clients, understanding their brand priorities, product launches, marketing timelines, and KPIs.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across product testing, UGC, e-commerce reviews, social advocacy packages, and mass sampling solutions.

  • Develop strategic campaign recommendations tailored to each client’s goals and category context.


Sales & Revenue Drivers

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Nurture warm accounts while actively re-engaging dormant clients to drive sustainable pipeline growth.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Client Servicing, ideally within FMCG, digital marketing, research, or related sectors.

  • Highly self-driven, energetic, organised, and able to handle a large volume of accounts.

  • Excellent communication and client management skills with a strong commercial acumen and natural upselling intuition.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Growth

  • Own and manage a portfolio of 150–300+ accounts across FMCG brands, agencies, and regional teams with an emphasis on high-value strategic engagement across a subset of top-tier Key Accounts.

  • Build strong, consultative relationships with clients, understanding their brand priorities, product launches, marketing timelines, and KPIs.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across product testing, UGC, e-commerce reviews, social advocacy packages, and mass sampling solutions.

  • Develop strategic campaign recommendations tailored to each client’s goals and category context.


Sales & Revenue Drivers

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Nurture warm accounts while actively re-engaging dormant clients to drive sustainable pipeline growth.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Client Servicing, ideally within FMCG, digital marketing, research, or related sectors.

  • Highly self-driven, energetic, organised, and able to handle a large volume of accounts.

  • Excellent communication and client management skills with a strong commercial acumen and natural upselling intuition.
