Saya pernah menggunakan cream cheese ni untuk membuat kek rasa dia memang sedap berlemak , bila wisk tekstur dia smoth saja , tapi sekarang ni saya agak kurang berkemampuan , kalau ada duit lebih baru saya guna jenama ni no 1 , antara yang tersedap saya guna lagi2 buat burn cheese cake , sesuai untuk baker yang membuat kek

Usually i buy bega cheese for baking, but since my brother have some allergic reaction to it, i buy this brend instead and my brother has no allergic reaction. It is perfect for making cheesecake or any thing that you like. The texture and taste of the cheese is just as similar to any other brand.
