Anchor Processed Cheese

The taste very lightful. Suitable to make sandwich or just eat like that.

I always buy this brand for it's the most value for money. It is not too orangey, so I presume no colouring and feel safer to give my child (just had a look of the ingredients, it has coloring!). Another brand that i have doesn't have coloring listed, and it looks even more pale than Anchor. Nevertheless, the taste is good & feel natural (not artificial).

If you're one to check the labels of ingredients before buying a certain product, you're like me. Anchor is a well-known brand to provide a healthy option for processed food from cheese to butter. My experience with Anchor cheddar cheese slices goes wayyy back when I was in school. I remember my mum packed my lunchbox of cheese toastie or egg sandwich with cheese and tomatoes, or the days when I need a quick breakfast but with extra protein added into my meal. The cheddar is unlike others; it's sweet, salty and creamy texture is not as plastic-y like other brands. It also is easy to melt on top of my bolognese spaghetti or in ramyeon and tteokbeokki. Keep it refrigerated to help it last long!
