Application: Shake and soak the cotton pad.
Review: This is the best eye lip make up remover I have used ever. I love this remover as it's very gentle. I didn't experience any irritation and it can remove the waterproof lipstick and mascara or eyeshadow effectively. It's scentless too. My oily sensitive skin love this remover very much.
