I use this product during my eczema episodes, it is very very thick but not irritatingly greasy. Although thick, it doesn't cause breakouts. My only complain is the design of the cap, it is hard to control and hard to dispense, either you can't squeeze it out, or it just come shooting out and there's way too much wastage.
