100H hydration? I didn't felt that it was true

I have tried it twice. In my own point of view it was good - in sense of it absorbs well in my skin, is not too thick, and is it does help to hydrate my skin well initially. It is just only the promoting catch of the product's 100H hydrator that makes me will not purchase it again.
Pricy for the affect it gives as other moisturizers gives me the same results as well.

it is definitely the most hydrating moisturizer I've ever used. It makes your skin feel plump and dewy. For reference, I have combination skin. I used to have very oily skin,on my t zone,and super dry skin other side. This moisturizer after cleansing away the day with the foaming cleanser leaves my skin soft, dewey looking and never dry.
