Use this toner in the morning only, i wouldn't recommend it be used twice a day honestly (although it says so in the name of the product), it is not the most gentle toner. It does make the skin feel clean and fresh. After finishing this bottle, I would opt for a more gentle formulation than this. It is a decent toner but not the best.
