I have been using this for quite some time (> 1 year) and this is one of the products where you can see changes. It helps with definition and inch losses but I use this only as a booster with my workout routines. It helps target areas that are totally stubborn that needs a little more booster to shed. It smells refreshing and uplifting; and not to mention that it kind of leaves a tingling sensation on your body//skin— perfect for a pick-me-up!

It took a while to figure out there are 2 kinds of body cream in a jar and I like the one that doesn't say :"comforts" at the end. It has helped to keep moisture but it actually does define and lift my areas that have drooped due to being very ill and muscle loss that makes my body sag. I have to save up to buy it and love when they have a super full-extra special gift w/purchase! My area around my knees definitely has improved and my waist. I hope I will afford to keep using this product for sure.
