This has been my go-to serum for a few years now. I have face scars due to hormonal pimples sometimes and this helps to even them out. This formula is really really gentle even though it is a brightening serum, and it has never caused my skin to be dry, or to even “peel” on my sensitive and reactive skin. Although it is gentle, it is effective and it never fails. I have used a few brightening serums to know that sometimes products can dry you out or cause a cascading reaction; but this one does not. It also has never caused me to break out or whatsoever. I also prefer this brand because it is vegan and cruelty free— on top of the formula. I use this with the glycolic night cream and the radiance day cream. A little goes a long way; and this bottle of serum can last me up to around 4-5 months with twice daily usage.
