The first impact to me of this shampoo is it's fragrant. As of cleaning per se, my hair feels rather dry after using it. There are many shampoos out there that are CHEAPER and do a better job of cleaning AND maintaining the moisture of your hair. Price and dryness is a huge turnoff.
