My go to brand and type for my rice balls. It already has olive oil that consider fat but not too much. The tuna also tasted really tasty. You can combine this tuna, mayonaise of your choice, sesame oil and seaweed and you’re good to go!

A Tasty and Convenient Tuna Delight

I recently sampled the Tuna Light Chunks in Olive Oil, and it’s a winner in my book! The tuna is tender, flaky, and perfectly portioned, making it incredibly versatile for quick meals or snacks. The olive oil adds a rich, smooth flavor that enhances the tuna’s natural taste without being overpowering.
I loved how easy it was to incorporate into salads, sandwiches, or even straight out of the can for a protein-packed bite. The quality of both the tuna and olive oil felt premium, with no overly fishy smell or excessive greasiness.
