This is a must have in my kitchen. Healthy and make me full. I always purchase this because after work i feel lazy to always cook. This is one of the staple that must have and i can do a lot of recipe ideas such as cabbage wrap, as a topping for boiled egg or cucumber boat. If i want to eat soup, i add on this on kimchi jjigae. It just the price a bit pricy.

Sometimes when I don't know what to eat for breakfast, I'll just open a can of tuna, put some mayonnaise on it and add a boiled egg. It tastes amazing! Should have a try for it

Definitely my preferred choice of tuna for my family for the fact that it is the most affordable and that the quality is good. I do not like tuna that taste fishy or that has a smell and this brand definitely ticks that box for me and my family

I always use this tuna to prepare for our breakfast. It goes well great with mayonnaise, a squeeze of lemon juice and a dash of black pepper. Served it with toast bread for the extra kick!
