Not recommend for puffy eyes.

Texture is smooth and slightly watery compare to usual eye cream. Tried for one year but it seems doesn't show much different for my puffy eyes as I don't really find it helps make my under eye skin to become firmer. Probably it does somehow helped on my wrinkles but definitely not puffiness around the eyes as what had claimed.
