Well, I used to love this product very much. I guess it's only suitable for "younger" adult. Once you reach 30, it's time to move on from this very basic gel. Perfect for oily skin, wake up with matte and sebumless skin. Doesn't really moisture. Love it cause Clinique doesn't use fragrance in their product. By the way, the square packaging is really annoying becayse you can't really get everything out from it in the end.

Has a lightweight formula, and so much faster to be absorbed into the skin compared with the lotion version. The scent is very soft and nostalgic at the same time. I like this for my morning & evening face moisturizer.

Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel is a product that left me with mixed feelings. While it has its merits, it also has a few drawbacks that prevent me from fully embracing it.
Let's start with the positives. The lightweight gel texture feels refreshing on the skin, especially for those with oily or combination skin. It absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue, making it suitable for daytime use. The moisturizer provides decent hydration, leaving the skin feeling soft and supple.
I appreciate that it is fragrance-free, making it suitable for those with sensitive skin or those who prefer products without added scents. The packaging is also practical, with a pump dispenser that allows for easy and hygienic application.
However, I found the level of moisture to be somewhat lacking for drier skin types. While it may be sufficient for those with oily or normal skin, it didn't provide the deep nourishment that my skin craved. I also noticed that it didn't provide enough relief for my occasional dry patches, requiring the need for additional products.
Another aspect that didn't sit well with me is the price point. It's on the higher end of the spectrum for a basic moisturizer, which may be a deterrent for some.
In terms of overall performance, I didn't see any significant transformative effects on my skin. While it maintained hydration to a certain extent, it didn't offer any noticeable improvements in terms of skin texture, tone, or the appearance of fine lines.
In summary, Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel has its positives, including its lightweight texture, quick absorption, and fragrance-free formula. However, it may not provide enough moisture for drier skin types and didn't deliver any remarkable results for my skin concerns. The higher price point is also a consideration. It may be worth trying for those with oily or combination skin seeking a lightweight moisturizer, but it may not be the best fit for everyone's skincare needs.
