Stings on the eye area

This hydrogel eye patch Stings when applied on eye area and when I read the ingredients, it has calcium chloride, paraben, alcohol, PEG hydrogenated castor oil & phenoxyethanol at the top of the ingredients list!
If preservatives are way on top of the ingredients list, it is not suitable for sensitive skin or thin layer skin especially eye areas.
It has snail filtrate, houttuynia cordata, artemesia, camellia sinensis (green tea) which is great for skin calming but the great ingredients are below of the list. There's citrus in it which I think it is also why it Stings. There's no gold in it but colourings in the ingredients yes. So expect only snail in it and no gold in ingredients.
I will not recommend this on eye areas but it will be ok to apply on body parts or cheeks instead. Hydrogel texture is rather stiff and not really flexible compared to other hydrogels I've used.
I will not recommend this for eye area
