The Body Shop PLASTIC FOOT FILE

Since I use my foot scrub (peppermint) from The Body Shop. I bought this personal-care tools to help me maintain my feet without always needing to visit a salon. A foot file is useful for gently working on rough areas and helping keep the feet feeling smoother. I appreciate a tool that is easy to handle, wash and store after use. I would use it carefully on suitable areas of the feet and avoid over-filing. It is a simple addition to a regular foot-care routine. Now anytime I can care my feed to keep clean to look more fresh clean when wearing my heels or just stay home with clean nails and feet.

Gentle on skin and not leaving too much damage on feet! Effective to exfoliate or removing dead skin on feet. Highly recommended to moisture the skin with any cream to keep feet soft.

Suffer from occasionally dry and cracked heels which get me irritated when im putting any socks or even gliding a blanket on my feet as it gets stuck on the dry parts (ew). So i occasionally use this to exfoliate and i love the result. I follow up with lotion to keep it moisturised.
