Sejak mengamalkan innershine prune sy dpati kulit smakin rs segar dan 'bersih'. Seolah-olah bertukar kulit baru dari semasa ke semasa . Diri pun rasa segar mungkin disebabkan vitamin C dan khasiat dari buah prune itu... Sy amalkan sejak dari zaman IPTA .. Wlaupun tak secara 'daily' tpy pengambilan ini menggantikan nutrien secara 'segera'..
