The testure of the shampoo is great. Its cooling sensation feel great when it touches your scalp. It reduces hair fall during wash.
The only thing I dislike about the shampoo is, you need to leave the shampoo on your hair and scalp for more than 5 minute for the formula absorb onto you scalp.
