lower Cholestrol

Have been drinking Anlene CholestoPro for 1 month. 2 times per day (mornign and night before bed), according to ratio on packaging. Taken my lipid profile test on Big Pharmacy, my total cholestrol went up, my LDL went up also. I think when drink this, i need to pair with a lot of exercise to make sure the LDL went down. The taste is good, vanilla taste but not over sweet.

I tried Anlene CholestroPro and I really like the taste. Not too creamy & easy to drink everyday. I believe by choosing the right nutrition for my body, it will help lower the cholestrol & take care of my heart.

I was truly surprised by how yummy the Anlene Milk was. I'm not a big milk fan, but I happily drank a cup every day. I also convinced my parents to partake in it every day.
I don't have a cholesterol issue, but i was worried, as my family members have this hereditary disease, so im glad to prepare early while enjoying a yummmy drink.
I completely love the bottle it came with it as well. so easy to carry out
