I bought this for my pets actually, it's sugar-free so it's suitable to be fed as a snack to pets.
I've tried it too but I don't really like it if consume directly, it's almost tasteless with a mild wheat taste.
I don't like it as a breakfast cereal, but once I tried to crush some and use it as breadcrumb for fried chicken, it works well.
