The colour is very pop, suitable to every skin tone as long as the person who wears dares to pop it. However, i advise for the users who frequently have dry lips like mine, to less use this type. It will make your lip more dry. If u insist on wearing it, ensure to always wear lip balm before and after apply it - yes, 3 layer ladies
