I have oily eyelid, whatever brand mascara or eyeliner apply on my eyelid after a few hour it will end up smudge all over my eye.
After trying this eye primer it really suprise me on the effect .. i use non water proof mascara but after all day long my eye makeup still look fantastic ! Nowaday due to the pandemic , our eye make up is super important! Protect ur eye make up with urban decay eye primer !
