I have this eyeliner in #04 and I love it. i think #04 is suitable for all skin types. the glitters in it are really fine. I put them on the inner corner of my lower eyelids for a younger look. I only use very little of it. It doesn't peel or flake. It dries quickly and lasts all day even when I did not apply any primer beforehand. i can use it for a really long time :D
