As it is in liquid form, it is definitely easier to take and our body can absorb better as compared to tablet form. Both the smell and taste is kinda of herbal, but it is fine for me. Sometimes, I even add it to my milkshake or fruit juice cos I was rushing off. It is so convenient.
After using it for a period, I can see noticeable improvements on my nails - less brittle and grow faster too. I also feel less tired too.

I don't like the taste of it and a bit of "cough medicine". It ain't working on me. My brittle nails still cracked after I finished off the bottle. Hair less breakage. Skin no change.

What sets this product apart is its comprehensive approach to beauty. The liquid formula is not only easy to take but also has a refreshing taste, making it a delightful part of my daily routine. Since incorporating it into my regimen, I've noticed a significant improvement in the health and vitality of my hair, skin, and nails.
One of the things I appreciate most about Swisse is their commitment to using natural ingredients. With this supplement, I know I'm nourishing my body with the best nature has to offer.
Overall, I highly recommend Swisse's Ultiboost Hair Skin Nails Liquid to anyone looking to enhance their natural beauty from within. It's a luxurious treat that delivers real results, helping you look and feel your best every day.
