Taking oral hair growth supplement is always a challenge for me cos I don’t wand to take in the allopathic medicine well over 6 weeks and 12 weeks completion it was hard . Some stomach discomfort could be due to my diet intake. Overall taste was pleasant I made sure that I drink plenty of water after that.
