Swisse Nutra Cellular Hair Growth for Women

I tried using this product for 3 mths. I don’t like the smell/taste of it (I usually have difficulty swallowing pills) After 3 weeks, it felt that my hair fall was lesser! Which I thought was better! But after the 2mth mark, my hair fell out in clumps one day?! I was worried, but persisted using it. Hair fall now is abt the same as before. The hairline is also abit the same as previously, but if anything, I thought it’s abit more sparse 😰 I won’t rush out to buy more of it…

Hair seems to be thicker & grows faster. Tablet is a bit hard to swallow.

I tried the supplements for 3 months from July - Oct 2026. It is easy to consume with minima smell and taste. In the first 4-6 weeks after taking the supplements, my hair texture seems to be softer and sleeker. Thereafter, the conditions of my hair return to its origin, prior to taking the supplements. Hair growth seems to have increased, therefore the thickness of my hair has increased.

When I first started taking the supplements, I had to set a daily reminder at the same time every day because I wasn't in the habit of taking pills. The first time I realized they were working was when I no longer had to clear hair from my toilet drain every two days. My family also noticed that there was less hair on the floor, and I even noticed I didn’t need to clear hair off my pillow every day. Before starting the supplements, my hair fall had been worse than usual. It took about four weeks before my family and I noticed a difference. Eventually, my friends even pointed out that there were fewer visible gaps at the front of my scalp. I have more baby hair growing as well. I think it’s something that’s needed to be taken long term and will definitely continue taking them although it’s a bit costly.

Been consuming this supplement since July. So far, I haven't noticed any obvious improvement in hair growth but my hair does seem slightly healthier and less hair fall. I will continue using it for a while longer to see if there are any more noticeable results.
