No one would want to head down to the mamak for teh tarik in this kind of weather. With the unbearable heat,I rather have mamak teh tarik in the form of potong ice-cream at the comfort of my own home while watching tv. The taste is equivalent to that of mamak teh tarik but only it's in the form of potong ice-cream,sweet and cold. Highly recommend be it during the hot or cold weather,and it is easily can be purchase at any NTUC. And very affordable too.

As someone whose go-to order is "teh peng siew dai", this potong flavour hit the spot! Not too sweet, strong familiar teh taste that the young and old will enjoy. Overall, the potong was a delicious treat. My only criticism is that it does seem to melt and soften quite quickly, so you gotta eat fast - though this is not a big issue given how yummy it is. The potong was creamier than your usual flavours (which may be why it melted quicker as well), and there's no noticeable ice crystals / sandy texture.

We are fortunate to have the opportunity to sample the Teh Tarik Flavor of potong ice cream from the Fairprice House Brand. This flavor is inspired by the traditional Indian-style milk tea. The Potong Teh Tarik Ice Cream offers a refreshing taste with a cold twist of this favorite local treat, a frozen alternative. Upon tasting, I personally find it to be creaminess and it does have a aftertaste that reflects the classic beverage.
