I’m a fan of this flour! I use it several times to bake my bread, and it always turns out so delicious and fluffy. I love that it’s unbleached, and it’s also a lot cheaper than other brands.

Made overnight, no knead focaccia with Fairprice brand bread flour. Results in crispy crust, but tender and chewy centre.
Texture pales a little in comparison to other Brand’s flour though.
