This is a bread flour I would go to for its price point in consideration to its protein content for gluten formation, producing springy fluffy bread.

Made some bread for the family and it turned out so great! I love that is naturally cholesterol free and sodium-free. I would say that fairprice housebrand is very affordable. The quality is great as on par with other products in the market.
