Consistency between a cream and a balm. Doesn't feel very effective and can't be used for eye makeup as it stings. Hard to wash off, feels like an oil film is left behind. Must follow up with foam cleanser. Non friendly packaging as well since you need to dig into in.

It’s rich and creamy so my skin doesn’t feel stretched when removing makeup. Though it leaves an oily texture even after washing with soap but the ability remove dirt from pores makes up for it.

hands down one of the best make up cleanser. i love how easily the cream spreads out on your skin and just melts all your makeup away. the cream is rich and creamy, hence you won't be tugging on your skin excessively to wipe away the make up. my only complaint is that the packaging comes in a big twist bottle so you gotta use your CLEAN hands to scoop out however much of the product you need at one go, not very convenient if you're the kind who likes to add on more products as you go, unless you're fine with dipping your dirty fingers into the tub, or keep washing your fingers just to dip for more products again.

It removes Colorfast make up. From Eyelashes to Revlon Colorstay lip stick. And I use it as a neck massaging cream as well as night cream when I travel. Only hassle is that I have to transfer the cream with a spatula to a Silicon squeeze bottle for cleanliness hygiene sake.
