Hydrating ! I was sent the new Olay Regenerist Essence Water to try and review. The first thing that I noticed about the product is that it has a whopping 99% pure niacinamide while most niacinamide products usually have around 10%. Personally, I love skin products with niacinamide so I was super excited to try this. I love using skin essences because of their watery texture and I hate heavy cream textures as they clog my pores. This essence water soaks in within seconds of application and is perfect for a lightweight, daytime summer skincare routine as it hydrates the skin without making it greasy. It also helps prep my skin before make-up for smoother application - another reason why I love skin essences. I also feel that it helps keep the makeup in place by controlling oil and shine and gives the makeup a natural smooth finish. In addition, my pores look smaller and my bare skin feels smoother. At night, I combine it with heavier gel-based moisturisers and overnight treatments to maximise hydration. I have only been using it for a week or so and I have been enjoying it so far. I think it's going to be a part of my skincare regimen from now on. The only con is it's a little runny and can be a little hard to use. I would recommend redesigning the container with a dropper or even as a spray mist. A little added viscosity might help too. Nevertheless, it's undoubtedly a great product.

I have been using this olay essence water for a week now. I love it! It smells really nice. My face feels fresh and more hydrated after i apply it. I put a few drops on my hands and apply using my fingers all over my face. This is just before applying moisturiser. I love adding this to my new routine now it only takes a few seconds more but i feel like it is adding more hydration to my skin. I have not had any bad reactions to it. Will definitely continue using it daily and see if it reduces wrinkles as well.

I would like to share a recent review of Olay Regenerist Essence Water that I have been trying out. I've been using the product for about two and a half weeks and have really enjoyed using it. A little goes a long way with this, you really don't have to use much at all. And with the size of the bottle, you know it'll last you a while. It has a really pleasant smell, kind of roses, and absorbs really quickly. It can be a little tacky straight after application, but that goes away once fully absorbed. There is no smudging, sticking or smearing when applying moisturiser, serum or make up afterwards. My skin feels really soft and smooth and I feel like the lines on my forehead are less obvious.
