It'S SKIN Power 10 Formula VC Effector

At first, I was hesitant to try this since I had experienced an allergic reaction to another brand of vit c serum. I have breakout on my forehead! But this brand brought my experience to another level and it is unexpected. I am so into it. It's lightweight, the smell isn't too intense, non sticky, easy absorbent and has pleasant smell (like lemon-orangey). Overall, this is a very mild for of Vitamin C serum.
