MegRhythm MegRhythm Steam Thermo Patch Shoulder and Lower Back

I'm surprising it can be relief my pain when i applied onto my affected area which can be long lasts for 5 to 8 hours.

I do have regular back pain problem, so hot/cold/thermo padding are my friends. And I do know how it feels when some of the hot pad is too hot to handle and start to give burning sensation. But, for me MEGRHYTHM STEAM THERMO PATCH SHOULDER AND LOWER BACK is giving just nice warm and comforting feeling. Might not be enough for some people, but it's good for me.

The patch did warms up upon opening but it is rather useless. I used it on my lower back but i cant feel any heat unless i am lying down on my back pressed against whatever Im lying on. Easy removal yes but it drops easily too. It did nothing on easing pain or stiffness.

Works well to address to relieve pain and muscle soreness in the shoulders. Pretty useful after a 2hr intensive dragonboat paddling. A soothing sensation on affected areas.

So the past month, I've been cooped up in my room writing my dissertation. All those hours hunched over my laptop without moving did not do any favours for my already stiff back. This steam thermo patch came in time to accompany me through those nights of burning midnight oil. It's not the hottest patch I've had but I have pretty sensitive skin and usually I have to take off heat patches after a few hours. But with this steam thermo patch, I could keep it on the whole night and the mild heat helped to sooth the tense muscles quite a bit.
