Abdomen thermo patch

As I love their steam eye mask, I was excited to try their abdomen patch. The abdomen patch warms up upon opening and generates a comfortable mild heat which lasts for about 3-4 hours. The heat helps to ease my menstrual cramps pain slightly and I feel much more comfortable using it. The patch is a quick and easy alternative to using warm bag to ease pain. Will purchase and use when I am in office or for overseas.

Received this pack of MegRhythm Steam Thermo Patch Abdomen heat pads to try. It's a self heating pad(up to 40°c for 5 to 8 hours) which is supposed to ease menstrual cramps as well as backaches during your period. I tried it during the first few days of my period and I quite enjoyed it. I don't think mine heated to such a high temp, but I can feel some warmth and it is quite soothing. All you got to do is to stick it on your high waisted underwear and that's it! Position it either at your lower abdomen or lower back area and just enjoy the warmth. I used it overnight and slept pretty well. I recommend wearing a good fitting underwear otherwise you can't position it properly, then it defeats the purpose. The heat will help expand your blood vessels to aid in better blood circulation as well! I don't think I will use it again though because it isn't warm enough for me. (P.s. I shower in boiling water 🤣) but I'm sure it will work for some of you. Try it yourself today! #TriedandReviewSG

While on my periods, I am heavily dependent on the pain killers. I like using hot water bags but too lazy to prepare that and it is not feasible to carry it all the time. This is the first time I used something like this which gives the comfort of heat and soo easy to use. I used it once at night before going to sleep and had a really peaceful sleep. Second time I used when going out and it was quite comfortable. It was effective for 4-5 hours. I won't say the period pain totally gone, I still have to take the pill on first day but I was totally able to avoid it on second day. From next time I will surely going to keep this in my purse just like other important things as it gives instant relief. I must recommend to give it a try, not just the period pain but if you are feeling sore in any part of the body it is helpful. And the best part is, it is soo easy to use. So you won't be lazy and avoid using it.
