This is not your average, general effervescent vitamin tablet. It's much better. Specific to your needs, in my case, for energy. Definitely got a boost in energy from the guarana extract and caffeine. It is pricey, but worth the money in my opinion

Can taste the mango taste, taste alright. However, it takes time for the tablet to dissolve in the water. Can't really feel the energy after drinking.
