Passed the redemption date and as the task is still pending so I bought it off the shelf to try. First time trying such supplement. Pill dissolved very easily. No visible changes, might need to drink longer to see the effect.

First collagen vitamin! Easy to consume, just dissolve in a cup of cold water. Personally find it a bit sweet. Hopefully in long run, it helps my skin .

The supplement drink is easy to consume. I was initially wary as I'm not a fan of flavoured drinks, but the flavour was mild and taste quite refreshing. Even though I'm not entirely sure if it helps, it does makes me feel like I'm doing something (at least) cos time waits for no one.
