Both my mother and mother-in-law take it on a daily basis. It really helps to boost their calcium content considering the fact that they do not like to take milk. It is a good supplement to prevent osteoporosis, highly recommended by our doctor too.

Have been taking this for a long time for bone and muscle health. It's a good calcium supplement for those not consuming enough in their daily diet. But will buy only during promo as it's quite costly.

To prevent osteoporosis, my doctor recommended me to drink 2 glasses of milk everyday or take caltrate as alternative. So far my calcium level is at healthy level.
