perhaps the shampoo itself was very drying, so there's only so much this conditioner can "revive" after the wash. didn't leave my hair feeling soft nor smooth (for an argan oil shampoo/conditioner, it's pretty bad). scent wise wasn't impressive either. didn't like the packaging too, very hard to expend the product when reaching the end of the bottle.
