Tasty on its own. Mildy sweet and super crunchy. Great on salad and yogurt. Tasty on its own too. Small packet so won't waste and can finish at a go.

My go-to sunflower kernals whenever I need some for my salad, yoghurt or a simple afternoon snack. Love that it comes in small packs as well, so the kernels always remain crisp and not go soft in big packs that require resealing. I can't let me 3 year old see me opening one because he would want to finish it all.

One of my favourite snacks as it does come in convenient packing of 30g for a single snacking session. Love the taste that it is not too sweet and I believe this is a healthy snack that helps with our cholesterol, high blood pressure. My favourite flavour is the honey sunflower kernels/seeds

Tong Garden Sunflower Kernels are full of nutrients, I add it tomy yogurt cup,cereal and smoothies. I prefer non sugar coated seeds and nuts. These kernels are crunchy and easy for a quick snack hunger pang.
